Fire Secure Mastic Adhesive 1027
The fire-safe adhesives and adhesive pastes have been manufactured based on the needs of the shipbuilding industry and tested in accordance with the IMO fire-safety requirements for the shipbuilding industry. Fire-safe adhesives meet the requirements for non-flame propagating materials, also making them ideal products for other applications that require IMO classification.
Our fire-safe products are suitable for bonding many different materials:
- aluminium
- mineral and fibre board
- glass-fibre fabric
- phenolic foam
- expanded polystyrene
- concrete
- textiles
Applications include various seams and gaps of building boards as well as penetrations and fastenings. The products are easy to work with, have excellent adhesion properties and are paintable, allowing bonded joints to be covered in visible places.
Fire Secure Mastic Adhesives
1027 – Fire Secure Mastic Adhesive IMO – One-component acrylic-based sealant and mounting adhesive for maritime industry where IMO-classification is required.
Suitable for join materials together, fill holes and seal etc. Fiberglass fabrics, PVC, ABS, EPS, polystyrene foam, mineral wool, glass wool, mineral board, decoration sheets, panels, ceramic tile for decorating purposes, metal and galvanized metal, textiles, steel, painted steel, aluminium. Not corrosive towards metals.
1050 – Fire Secure Adhesive IMO- One-component acrylic-based sealant and mounting adhesive for maritime industry where IMO-classification is required.
